Saturday 16 miles, leaving rec center @ 5.15am. If you want me to drop water off, please bring to the rec on Friday. I will freeze and drop it off before the run on Saturday morning. Friday - 7 miles, leaving rec cetner @ 5.15am

To anyone that reads Runner's World. I just received the August edition and to my shock there is an article about Gloucester, Mass (page 109). I was born there just a few short years ago!!!

Saturday Running Groups: Nanda Group - 5:30 AM - 10 Miles leaving from Dublin - Giant Eagle Cynthia Group - 6:30 AM - leaving Antrium 10 miles to down town. Cynthia is hauling all back to Antrium. Sunday Running Group: Shelly/ Todd/ Keith -6:30 AM Karrer Middle School 10 Miles. Heck Run both days! Don't forget Happy Hour at Dublin Village Tavern (DVT) Monday night at 5:30 PM
