Team Rules
· Arrive to practice 15 min before scheduled time and stretch out.
· Have all equipment: Stick, Goggles, Colored mouth guard, Cleats, Running Shoes, Water Bottle.
· Appropriate clothing for weather and school. Sports Bras and socks required. (no cheerleading shorts or spaghetti strap shirts) *NO EXCPETIONS*
· No Cell Phones at practice!!!
· If you can’t wear it during a game don’t wear it during practice: Including Jewelry, watches, and piercings.
· No Foul language
· Be respectful of coaches, players, umpires, administrators, teachers, parents, and opposing teams. AT ALL TIMES.
· No talking while coach is talking
· Do not interrupt coaches to go to the restroom, escort your self in a timely matter.
· Must follow all school rules. Refer to student handbook.
· Take care of yourself; If you are sick and cannot practice or play in games you should be doing everything in your power to be getting healthy.
· Report all injuries to coach and trainer ASAP.
· Any treatment or taping should be done before the 15 min rule of practice.
· Travel shirt should be worn to school on game days and or day before a weekend game. (no other options)
· Positive Attitude is the only attitude.
