I've gotten a few questons about cleats and what types to get...
The best cleats are football cleats, Nike makes Cleats for lacrosse as well as Worrier and Adidas. Most of the cleats come in guys sizes usually 2 sizes smaller then a girls size. I don't recommend soccer cleats because it's easier to roll your ankle.
