6 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 finely diced jalepeno pepper seeded and deveined
Melt sugar in vinegar in a saucepan and add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil - turn off, let cool 5 minutes. Add 1 package Certo. Pour into hot, sterile jars. Let jar lids seal, and cool. Store in fridge after opening. Makes a great snack when ladled over a block of cream cheese and served with crackers. Also great relish for beans. |
