6 oz. fettuccini 4 tbsp. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 c. milk 1/2 lb. crab, flaked (I used imitation) 1/4 c. parmesan cheese Pepper to taste
Cook fettuccini according to package. In skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add milk, crab and pepper. Heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and stir 1 minute. Toss with cooked fettuccini. Serves 4.
