Hello again from the Schieltz's. Just a few lines to keep you up on our activities. Nic turns seven months Thursday and is he becoming a big boy!!! He crawls, or creeps, all around the house and he is starting to pull himself up, but just barely. He started second stage foods and meats about a week ago. He loves them both. Nic and cousin Ella finished swim lessons, or as I call them, pay us to let your kid be held in the water by his mother. They both had fun and Nic even had his head under water. He didn't mind at all. He is a very laid back kid.
We got to spend time with my sister Amy and her family in July. They spent a week at the farm in July. Everybody had a good time. You can read about their trip on their website, www.familylobby.com/dowies.
Kelly and Nic went to St. Louis in June for the Cantoni Family Reunion. They both had fun. I did not go because of work, but Nic represented me well with his Cubs outfit.
Kelly starts school in a few weeks and she will be very busy with classes and work and Nic. Congratualtions to Kelly and my brother Tony for being named Godparents of little Hanna Dowies. I am busy with work as usual. Busy with houses and some commercial work. We have done one flood job in Anamosa, but none in Cedar Rapids yet.
