Hello to all!  We haven't updated you on our family lately, so we will fill you in.  Today we finished our basement!!!!  Tim's friend TJ installed the carpet so we can finally move in down there.  Kelly will soon be done with school for the semester and she can't wait for the summer.  Tim is busy drywalling, still plenty of houses going up around here.  Hopefully it will continue.  Well that about does it...what's that, we forgot somebody?  Oh yeah, Charley is good.  Oh you want to hear about Nic. 

As you can guess everything is new with Nic.  He loves going outside to play.  We have three playgrounds within walking distance.  He loves slides and climbing.  He is saying many words, like, please, more, hi, bye, all down, up, mommy, daddy, shoe and his new word is puppy.  Plus he just jabbers and sings.  He is starting the tantrum phase, which we told him specifically not to.  He listens as well as his father!!  His hair gets really curly in the heat.  Oh and he will blow his nose into a tissue.  He can not wait to play with his many cousins this summer.  I am sure we will have a "mine" fest.  Well that is all for now.  Hope all is well with everybody.
