TEXAS YUM YUM DESSERT
Melt 1 stick oleo in glass rectangular dish and put in oven (350 deg). Then add 1 cup flour and 1 cup chopped pecans and mix . Bake for 20 min., no longer. This will be the crust. Let cool completely.
Mix 1 lg box of vanilla instant pudding and put aside. Melt 1 small box of chocolate instant pudding and put aside. Now mix 8 oz cream cheese with 1/2 carton Cool Whip and 1/4 cup sugar.
When crust is cool, layer the cream cheese mixture, then the vanilla and chocolate last. Put remaining 1/2 carton Cool Whip over the layers and store in frig. This is a yummy dessert. You can also use lemon pie filling (cooked) instead of the puddings. Both are excellent.
