Karen,
It is amazing to read about not only your love for your family but also for Christ. It is refreshing to have a friend that goes through the same struggles, but has Christ as her foundation. I miss you and wish that we could meet up. I will be in Spartanburg, SC next week (court...child support) but not sure how far away that is from you.

I do read your blog as I enjoy your writing and keeping up a bit better with what is going on with you guys. But, I understand the difficulty with keeping it up. I am trying to post on mine weekly but don't always get to. Love you my friend!

Daniel, Poppa and I have been keeping very busy with what you mentioned already in your journal as well as visiting the Tucson Children's Museum today. Monday will be the day for the Breakers WaterPark providing it doesn't rain and we plan on getting there early as the temp will be around 105 later in the day. I will have pictures for you before Daniel leaves us on Tuesday so you can have them before he gets home. Our house is almost back to normal. Just need the carpet tacked back down. Whew! What a mess! 5 days of it which makes us more thankful because it is done and we now have everything in excellent working order. Love to y'all

Hey Karen! You are so brave to send the kids on the plane alone. We spent two very hot weeks in Texas as well and have spent the 4th weekend recovering. Hope you had a great weekend! Love you guys.

I was just thinking about you and your family this morning and wondering what you all were up to. I always enjoy your pictures. Sounds like your summer has been fun-filled! We are enduring the Texas heat as best we can so far. We are leaving on our Disney cruise this Saturday...HOORAY!! We have VBS and a couple of summer camps when we get back. It's all good.
