Cantata News: We will be performing 1777: A Colonial Christmas  on December 13th at 6:00 p.m.

Sunday practices:  

  • November 8, 4:00 p.m.
  • November 15, 3:45 pm for choir; 4:15 for orchestra

Saturday practices:

  • December 5th  - 2:00 - 4:00
  • December 12th - Dress Rehearsal at 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.; Orchestra to  tune at 5:45 p.m.

Christmas Party

 Prison Christmas Party
As you know, every year Westside hosts a Christmas program/party at the prison for the inmates to encourage them in the midst of their difficult circumstances.  The goal is to bring souls to Christ.  We in the music ministry are asked to come and to help present some special music as part of the program.
The party this year is Monday, December 7th.   We meet at 6:30 p.m. at the church and ride the bus.   Aggie Sellars says the needs for specials are as follows:  2 vocal specials, an instrumental special and piano prelude.  If you are able to help with any of these, please let me know as soon as possible.
